CODE WEEK

La comisión europea ha adoptado un PLAN DE ACCIÓN DE EDUCACIÓN DIGITAL que consta de 11 acciones para apoyar el desarrollo de competencias digitales y el uso de las tecnologías en la educación. Una de estas acciones es acercar CODE WEEK a los centros educativos, con el fin de que en 2020 un 50% de los centros participen.

Una de estas iniciativas es la HORA DEL CÓDIGO, un movimiento global que envuelve a decenas de millones de estudiantes de más de 180 países, consistente en realizar una hora de código.

EU Code Week is a grassroots initiative which aims to bring coding and digital literacy to everybody in a fun and engaging way.

Learning to code helps us to make sense of the rapidly changing world around us, expand our understanding of how technology works, and develop skills and capabilities in order to explore new ideas and innovate.

También se pueden desarrollar actividades de pensamiento computacional "unplugged", es decir, sin necesidad de estar conectados al ordenador o un dispositivo digital.

The modules introduce you to key concepts related to coding and computational thinking activities.
